Objective(s):
All posters are to remain up until the last poster session has ended. The removal can begin at 1:45 PM on Wednesday. Any posters that are still in the hall after 3:30 PM will be removed by the general contractor. ASHS cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to any posters that are not removed at the scheduled removal period.
