Consumers are the ultimate decision makers as their purchases drive much of the financial impact on the horticulture industry. We explore a variety of means to assess the economic impact consumers have on the industry. A better understanding of how to quantify that impact would help many in the horticulture adopt or adjust future marketing strategies.
