Through the Almond Board of California, almond growers have been funding research for over 40 years, and research in horticulture and in nutrition has been foundational to the growth of the almond industry. What role has and can horticultural research play as growers face the increasing complexity of market forces, regulatory issues, and growing issues (sustainability)?
