Using technology and services as an entry point for engaging young people (aged 18-35), Winrock International is designing innovative programs to draw the next generation of horticulturalists. While global trends suggest youth interest in agriculture is waning, by expanding what’s possible in agriculture we can attract men and women while improving productivity, efficiency, and employment opportunities in agriculture.
