Biographical Sketch: John Dole is Associate Dean and Director of Academic Programs for the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences at NC State University. He previously served as Director of Graduate Programs and Head of the Department of Horticultural Science. He is past President of the American Society for Horticultural Science and is one of the founders of Seed Your Future, a national movement dedicated to promoting horticulture and inspiring people to pursue horticultural careers. His research area is the development, production and postharvest of cut flowers.
